"Tell a gelding, ask a stallion, discuss with a mare."
I like this quote, I definitely agree with the 'discuss with a mare' part! I've had experience with a lot of different horses, mares, geldings and stallions, and I think there is some truth to this. However I don't like the 'tell' part so much. I like to think that most of the time we all ask our horses rather than telling them.
Apart from when they stand on your foot and you 'tell' them to 'GET OFF!!' maybe!
What does everyone else think of this one?
